St Basil’s has four dedicated facilities across Sydney, namely Randwick, Miranda, Lakemba, and Kogarah. Each facility is designed to meet the standards of the Federal Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care every day.
St. Basil’s residential care provides 24/7 personalised assistance to older adults, including meals, daily personal care, nursing and clinical support, social engagement and lifestyle programs. Accessing residential care at St Basil’s begins with an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) evaluation. This process ensures that individuals are placed in the care environment that best suits their needs.
To start with, talk with your doctor about an assessment. Alternatively, you can visit your local hospital and speak with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). Once an ACAT assessment has been completed and approval has been granted, St Basil’s team can guide you through the process of choosing the right home and arranging a visit.With St Basil’s, you choose a trusted partner in aged care.
