She brings more than 16 years of experience in aged care, including senior Directorate positions with the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing in the Office of Aged Care Quality and Compliance, as well as leadership roles with other leading aged care providers.
Recognised as one of Australia’s leading voices in aged care legislation, regulation, and compliance, Diana previously served as St Basil’s Director of Quality, Risk and Compliance before stepping into her current role. Under her leadership, St Basil’s provides residential care, independent living, home care, and day centres for over one thousand senior Australians.
Diana transitioned from a successful career in finance to aged care, quickly ascending to leadership positions through her governance expertise, stakeholder engagement, and empathic leadership style. She is deeply passionate about enhancing the lives of the elderly, advocating for transparency in leadership and a back-to-basics approach to aged care that focuses on delivering high quality, evidence-based care and creating a strong sense of community.
Serving as a role model for her twin daughters and other young women, Diana’s philosophy is simple: “If you believe in yourself and are motivated, dedicated, and hardworking, you can achieve anything.”
