His Eminence was born on December 29, 1935, in Crete, Greece. In February 1975, he became Primate of the Greek Orthodox Church of Australia and Exarch of all Oceania.

James Jordan was born on August 18, 1963, in Sydney. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is the principal solicitor of Jordan Djundja Lawyers in Sydney; honorary solicitor for Kogarah Community Mobile Nursing Services for the Aged and Chronically Ill; a member of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocesan Council; and past Mayor of Kogarah Council.
Anthony Johnson was born on December 12, 1948, in Sydney. His qualifications and experience include a B.Bus, Dip. Tech (Commerce), FCPA and JP. He has held senior management positions in the financial services industry and the health services industry for more than 20 years.
He has been a member of the St Basil’s Charity since 1992, a member of the Board of Directors since October 16, 1992, Vice-Chairman from 2004-2005, and Chairman since October 2006.
Kosmas Dimitriou is currently NAB Group’s in-house tax lawyer, providing tax and corporate advisory legal services for its NAB Wealth business units – managing more than $100 billion in funds under management. He is a current member of the Tax Experts Working Group of the Financial Services Council of Australia.
Prior to joining the NAB Group, he was a Senior Tax Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Tax & Legal Division, advising large businesses in the financial services and property industries.READ MORE
Greg Gav was born on May 28, 1959, in Greece. He has been a member of the St Basil’s Charity since July 2001 and joined the Board of Directors in December 2001. Greg has experience in property development and is also a Director of Bank of Sydney and the Hellenic Club of Sydney.
Harry Exikanas was born on June 10, 1951, in Sydney. He has experience in a wide range of professional services associated with the property industry. He has been a member of the St Basil’s Charity since March 2003 and a member of the Board of Directors since October 2007.
Theo Penklis was born on January 30, 1958. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of NSW. He is a general practitioner and principal doctor at Rose Bay Family Medical Centre. He is an Adjunct Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Notre Dame, Australia. He is Chairman of St Andrew’s Brotherhood and member of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocesan Council. Nikolas Hatzistergos is currently the National Chairman of William Buck and the Managing Director of the company in NSW. He is an accounting and business advisor for medium and large businesses involved in the manufacturing and services sectors. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics (B.Ec); Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA); Chartered Tax Advisor; and Registered Company Auditor.
Maria Kokkinakos is Manager of Workforce Planning and Performance for the Sydney Local Health District. Previous roles have included food and nutrition consulting to the private and public sector, Honorary Lecturer at the University of Sydney and various management roles within the health sector since 1989. Her qualifications include BSc., DipNurtrDiet.(University of Sydney), M. Mgt (UTS),Dip. Proj. Mgt. She is also an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management. In 2012 Maria received the President’s Award for outstanding contribution to the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
Maria has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2012.
